GreenTrust365™ Program Rebate

You can earn significant rebates on purchases of Qualifying Products by participating in the GreenTrust365™ Program. Your yearlong rebate percentage will be determined by the dollar value of Qualifying Products you purchase during the Early Order Period, as described in the table below:

For example, if you purchase Qualifying Products with a dollar value of $65,000 during the Early Order Period, you will be eligible to earn an 8% rebate on those purchases and on future purchases you make during the Program Year (October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012).

Remember, to be eligible for the yearlong rebate, you must purchase at least $5,000 worth of Qualifying Products during the Early Order Period.

Fafard Support Bonus

Program Participants that purchase and invoice a minimum of $20,000 worth of Fafard bales and/or loose-filled mixes excluding peat moss (“Professional Growing Media”) between October 1, 2011 and December 16, 2011 will be eligible to earn an additional 2% rebate on their purchases of Qualifying Products.

Example: If a Program Participant purchases Qualifying Products with a dollar value of $35,000 during the Early Order Period and $20,000 of Professional Growing Media between October 1, 2011 and December 16, 2011, they will be eligible to earn a 9% rebate on all of their purchases of Qualifying Products throughout the Program Year.

Distributor Credit Rebate Option

You may also select the manner in which you receive your rebates. The standard method is for Syngenta to mail you two checks, one for the rebate earned for purchases made during the Early Order Period, and one for the rebate earned for purchases made during the remainder of the Program Year. But if you would prefer to receive your rebates as a credit with your Authorized Syngenta Distributor/Agent/Retailer, you may elect this option.

SummerPay Extended Terms

GreenTrust 365 Program Participants also have access to SummerPay™ extended terms. SummerPay extended terms enable Program Participants to defer payment for these purchases until the summer of 2012. The amount owed for such purchases will be due on July 9, 2012.
